This is ideal for anyone who is in need of healthcare services and prefers to meet with a provider at their convenience anytime and anyplace.
Virtual Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative model of primary care medicine, prioritizing the provider-patient relationship at its core. Under the DPC model, you establish a direct relationship with your healthcare provider and pay a low monthly membership fee for primary care services without involving insurance. This approach aims to save the members both money and time while eliminating excessive paperwork. With Virtual Direct Primary Care, you have the flexibility to consult with your provider from the comfort of your home, offering you convenience and accessibility.

Telehealth visits is not intended for use in medical emergencies. Immediately call 911 if you think you are experiencing a medical emergency. If you are experiencing any of the following medical issues go to the emergency room immediately.
We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we can provide you with an itemized receipt for insurance reimbursement. Insurance may be used to pay for prescriptions at the pharmacy, labs, and for third-party services.
Contact us immediately via email or text. We’ll gladly resend your prescription or transfer it to a different pharmacy. Unfortunately, this does not qualify for cancellation or refund.
Just like your traditional doctor’s office, patients are responsible for covering the cost of medications out of pocket or with insurance.

Yes, prior to us rendering the service. Unfortunately, the service fee is nonrefundable once we have rendered the service or ordered the prescription.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation of your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel, we kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice to accommodate other patients.
Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice will incur a $20 cancellation fee. The remainder of any prepaid amount will be promptly refunded to you.
Same Day Appointments: A $25 fee may be assessed for same day appointments.
